Depression and Anxiety Support Group

Our support group for depression and anxiety is held by videoconferencing. you can attend using a computer, smartphone, tablet, or landline.

The group is facilitated by Dr. Rayes, who has been successfully facilitating the meetings and offering his coaching programs for more than twenty years.

Individual Counselling & Coaching

One-on-One Counselling

Individual sessions are offered to individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, social anxiety, PTSD, and addictions. 

The program is conducted either in person (in Vancouver), by telephone, or with Skype. The program is delivered by Dr. Rayes, a distinguished coach & mentor, who has been through similar difficulties and managed to overcome them successfully.

Coaching for Parents

This coaching program is developed to help you enhance your parenting skills to identify and nurture your children’s talents, explore your challenges of parenting, deconstruct the parenting (or lack of) you experienced as a child and growing adult to understand what to preserve and what to discard, strengthen family ties, and learn new skills to address your concerns about their future.

Couples Counselling

Dr. Rayes will help you focus on fortifying your shared beliefs and ideals that bring you together, address old fears and resentments, and find new ways of building intimacy, trust, and communication.
