The Mental Wellness Program, which complements the medical services, is a holistic approach to healing that addresses body, mind, and spirit. It fills a gap in Western medicine, which has not been addressed in the past three centuries. Although medical research in the past 25 years emphasizes its importance for healing, it has not been incorporated effectively in mainstream therapy.
The Mental Wellness program has been offered at H.R. Mental Wellness Centre in support groups and individual coaching since January 2006. In the past nine years, it has helped thousands of British Columbians to heal and live their lives to the fullest.
Its outstanding results in the past nine years inspired me to offer it on the internet to those who desire to end the cycle—going through the revolving door at the mental health services.

Hamdy El-Rayes, MBA, Ph.D., is an established mental-wellness coach and developer of the Mental Wellness Coaching Program.
